Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train the management team and crew
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with the team
Conduct crew and management team meetings
Maintain an adequate supply of products
Control inventory
Maintain reports and records
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Exhibit company values and perform other tasks as directed
Required Qualifications
2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Must be 18 years or older
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Solid organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to balance hands-on work with effective delegation skills
