• 4 - 5 days per week, minimum 2 days per week
• 30 - 40 patients for clinic, 25 patients for joint injections
• Clinic setting
• Fluoroscopic x-ray, lumbar epidurals, joint injections required
• 1 day clinic procedures, 1 day joint injections
• Clinic open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal

From $190.00 to $205.00 hourly
