Job Description
Join Quill, a part of Staples, as a Sales Account Manager, where you'll drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. Leverage your sales expertise to build strategies, engage with clients, and exceed performance goals while enjoying a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to win new customers
Create custom pricing solutions for commercial customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek improvement through coaching
Impact culture and team positively
Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
