Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a lasting impact by supporting K–12 special education students. Assist teachers in creating a positive learning environment and help students reach their full potential while developing valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Past experience in a school setting with special needs children
