Key Responsibilities
Identify anatomical orientation on all required images
Operate MRI equipment and ensure safety protocols
Maintain communication with radiologists, patients, and families
Perform quality control and assist in MRI procedures
Educate patients regarding procedures and ensure understanding
Contribute to efficient outpatient operations and demonstrate teamwork
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
ARRT MRI certification
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or Baccalaureate degree in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine
1 year of MRI Technologist experience
Proven ability to follow oral and written instructions
Proven ability to communicate with patients, visitors, and employees
Proven ability to use the department's computerized system
