Job Description
Join Bosch as a Production Operator at our Kentwood, MI facility, where you'll play a vital role in precision manufacturing of diesel fuel systems. Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency while enjoying a supportive work environment that values your growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor various production machines for manufacturing and re-manufacturing diesel fuel components
Perform final assembly, part sorting, tear-down, washing, and other tasks according to process control documentation
Record daily production data and complete on-line Statistical Process Control charting
Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure equipment functionality
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Support production goals by completing additional tasks as directed by management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Basic math, reading, and computer skills
Available to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours
Available to work overtime as needed (including Saturdays)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., up to 20 times/hour
