Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services to patients requiring behavioral health intervention
  • Conduct crisis triage and assessment
  • Engage in individual and family intervention
  • Perform case management and treatment planning

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field
  • Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent
  • Certification in PMT de-escalation techniques within 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of abuse and neglect reporting mandates
  • Experience with Managed Care Organizations
  • Flexibility in service approach
