Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with signing in and completing registration
Answer incoming phone calls courteously and promptly
Enter and scan patients' demographic and insurance information into Epic
Coordinate follow-up care for patients
Send patient records to primary care physician
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
Ability to travel to other offices if needed
Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience working in medical front office
Experience with electronic health records (EPIC)
Knowledge of medical terms
Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
Bi-Lingual English and Spanish
