Pay Range: $3500 - $4900 / Week 

Job Type: 13 weeks with possible Extensions.

 

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) with 8 years of nursing experience , including 6 years in leadership and management roles in a cute care hospital setting . The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee nursing operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering professional growth among the nursing team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and administering medications/treatments.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and use critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality care.
