Key ResponsibilitiesAssess/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills Develop therapeutic retraining programs Administer and interpret diagnostic tests Confer with healthcare team members on treatment plans Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction Review and expand retraining programs Consult with vocational team members Report patient status and progress Participate in care coordination and discharge planning Design community reintegration activities Recommend/design adaptive equipment Train staff and family members Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide Required QualificationsDegree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Current and unrestricted OT licensure Current CPR certification Good organizational and communication skills A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Preferred QualificationsA minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience Home Health experience Benefits & PerksPaid time off 401(k) retirement savings plan Employee assistance program Business travel and accident insurance
