Key Responsibilities
Supervise nutritional services for patients and assist with menu selections
Utilize the automated diet office system to prepare menus for tray service
Check tray line for accuracy and food quality
Correct patient menus according to diet orders and allergies
Prepare meal tickets and ensure compliance with food service standards
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of therapeutic diet guidelines
Experience with automated diet office systems
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Competence in utilizing multiple software applications (EPIC, CBORD)
