Job Description

Join Boeing as a Lead Compensation Specialist and play a crucial role in designing and managing global compensation structures. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure competitive Total Rewards while fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and administer compensation programs and systems
  • Analyze job duties and responsibilities and provide internal consulting services
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to market
  • Lead ad hoc project teams
  • Communicate and educate customers on compensation and classification matters
  • Collaborate with HR groups to educate and train leaders on compensation issues
  • Identify requirements, perform analysis, and create presentations that identify issues and solutions
  • Influence development of Global Compensation strategic policy
  • Lead the response to salary surveys and audits from regulatory agencies
  • Lead salary survey benchmarking validation

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with compensation, classification, and salary structure systems
  • 5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis
  • 3+ years of cost modeling and budgeting expertise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
  • Change management expertise
  • Experience leading a project and/or team on global compensation initiatives
