Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and administer compensation programs and systems
Analyze job duties and responsibilities and provide internal consulting services
Conduct analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to market
Lead ad hoc project teams
Communicate and educate customers on compensation and classification matters
Collaborate with HR groups to educate and train leaders on compensation issues
Identify requirements, perform analysis, and create presentations that identify issues and solutions
Influence development of Global Compensation strategic policy
Lead the response to salary surveys and audits from regulatory agencies
Lead salary survey benchmarking validation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience with compensation, classification, and salary structure systems
5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis
3+ years of cost modeling and budgeting expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
Change management expertise
Experience leading a project and/or team on global compensation initiatives
