Admissions Representative (Healthcare)

Intake Specialists gather information to help direct clients to the driving services they need. Intake Specialists talk directly with clients and their families to gather their personal information, medical history, physical and mental state and any special circumstances related to their need for driving services. Understanding these needs completely will allow the Intake Specialist to provide the relevant information to other Brant’s Driving School employees with the goal of meeting the client’s needs in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Intake Specialists have a friendly manner and an in-depth knowledge of driving evaluation and training procedure.

How Will You Make a Difference?

The Brant’s Driving School Intake Specialist plays a critical role in our company. You will be the first point of contact with clients and your ability to communicate our services and processes clearly and concisely is crucial. World class client satisfaction is our main priority, therefore excellent customer  service skills, sales skills, and professionalism are a must. This position is fast paced and high volume, with our Intake Team often completing 5 to 10 intakes per day while fielding a large number of incoming calls and emails. Our Intake Specialists are the initial contact for not only new clients but also those we are working with on an ongoing basis.  Intake Specialist will need to continue to gather information with these clients and problem solve each case as it moves forward and is assigned to driving evaluators and instructors. At least 90% of the day will be spent on the phone, while simultaneously entering information into our information management system.
