Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a General Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering high-quality collision repair services. Drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a collaborative environment while ensuring top-notch service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front and back of shop to meet revenue goals
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians
Support teammates during peak times
Monitor production goals and standards
Complete shop payroll and staffing
Manage daily production flow
Write DRP complaint estimates
Team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
High-level knowledge of insurance procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with Computers
Valid driver's license
