Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and strategic direction for the psychiatry program
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered psychiatry care
Work a minimum of eight (8) 12-hour shifts per month
Assist with oversight of psychiatry scheduling
Participate in the interview and selection process for new psychiatrists
Engage in compliance-related and quality improvement initiatives
Provide oversight of STeM psychiatry Nurse Practitioners
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD/DO)
Board Certification in Psychiatry
Active medical state licenses in good standing
DEA license(s), if applicable
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience
Experience in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Experience using technology to deliver virtual patient care
IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensing Compact) preferred
