Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical care and care management for patients with acute and chronic wounds
Educate patients and families to support healing
Collaborate with the provider treatment team
Required Qualifications
ADN or Diploma in Nursing
Licensed Registered Nurse in CT
Minimum of one year of nursing experience
Minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience including wound assessment and dressings
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of progressive wound skill experience in acute care, home care or ambulatory site
Prior wound care training
Wound care certification
