Key Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness and safety on the store floor, restrooms, and back offices
Performing daily and weekly maintenance tasks
Supporting teams with cleaning projects and minor repairs
Reporting safety hazards and violations
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
