You will develop and install machine programs using automation PLC software, draw electrical schematics using CAD to demonstrate process functionality, and create aesthetic HMI screens for machinery that provide sufficient feedback for troubleshooting. You will formulate and recommend engineering policies and technical work in line with project objectives, ensuring sound technical engineering concepts are applied. Your role will involve planning and coordinating engineering projects to be completed on schedule and within cost objectives, while advising personnel on the latest technical and engineering developments. You will collaborate with the Production, Research, and Quality Control departments to prepare production and process designs, establish uniform specifications for materials and equipment, and provide engineering services and technical support to other departments as needed. Advise personnel on the latest technical and engineering developments. Cooperate with Production, Research, and Quality Control departments for production and process design. Establish uniform specifications for materials and equipment. Provide engineering services and technical support to other departments. Investigate production problems and research new technologies to improve process control, lower costs, and increase throughput. Prepare and coordinate short and long-term engineering plans and programs for design, construction, or alteration activities. Travel to job sites to coordinate start-up, performance, and testing.
