Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in managing sales teams across multiple regions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
