Join Optum as an Associate Tech Support Analyst to provide essential on-site IT support in a clinical environment. You'll troubleshoot, install, and maintain IT systems while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clinicians. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site escalation point for technical assistance
Travel on-site to provide IT support within a 50-mile radius
Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics
Communicate effectively with customers
Log and record issues and resolutions
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Install and maintain IT equipment and software
Provide technical training to end-users
Coordinate access needs and security changes
Manage escalations and perform hands-on fixes
Maintain a knowledge base for problem resolution
Support the vision and values of Optum
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience providing IT Desktop Support
3+ years of experience installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades
3+ years of experience in supporting networked devices
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows OS, backup software, Cisco hardware, and HP platforms
Ability to work on-site at 2175 Park Place, El Segundo, CA
Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Asset management experience
