Job Description
Join XPO as a Dedicated Team Driver, where you'll partner with another driver to deliver freight efficiently while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off
Navigate various routes and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances
Maintain CMV safety
Lift objects of various shapes and weights
Operate a handheld device
Required Qualifications
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
Minimum age of 21
Safe driving record
Valid DOT Medical Certification Card
Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
Ability to work away from home in a five-day work week
Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
Preferred Qualifications
Team driving or over-the-road experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
