Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care to patients while maintaining company metrics for productivity
Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
Ensure a safety and quality-based healthcare environment is maintained
Collaborate with regional management for community events to promote the clinic
Manage the clinic's inventory and order supplies
Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
Support mentor program and maintain clinical knowledge through ongoing education
Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed
Required Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant
1 year of experience in healthcare
Active license, AANP or ANCC certification and all necessary state credentials
Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) or physician assistant (PA-C)
Valid driver's license
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with applicable clinical procedures
Experience with electronic health record charting systems
Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, critical care
Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills
