Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans
Lead therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and mobility
Document patient progress and collaborate on treatment adjustments
Educate residents and families on exercises and activities
Maintain a safe, positive environment for therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
Active COTA license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain it
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
