Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a dynamic team to create memorable guest experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive work culture while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to the team
Manage daily restaurant operations
Ensure staffing levels and team member training
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Drive sales and control costs
Create a positive culture and morale within the team
Complete performance reviews and manage compliance with laws and procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
