Key Details :
- Drip Management : Heparin, Ketamine (set rate), antibiotics, blood products
- IV Management : Frequent IVs

- Support Staff :
- Charge nurse (non-assigned to patients)
- CNA ratios ~1:8–12; some CNA II staff assist with IV/Foley removal
- Respiratory Equipment : BiPAP, CPAP, nasal cannulas
Scheduling & Expectations :
- Shift Time : 06:45–19:15
- Self-scheduling : Allowed with flexibility
- Weekends : 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period
