Job Description

Join Fisher Industries as a Geotechnical Engineering Quality Control Technician, where you'll perform essential quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, and concrete. This role involves travel to job sites, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering high-quality results to support diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aggregate, asphalt, and/or concrete laboratory testing
  • Gather, test and log samples of material
  • Perform field testing at project sites
  • Interact professionally with client representatives and co-workers
  • Maintain accurate records of testing results
  • Assist in research and data collection
  • Operate nuclear gauge in accordance with company procedures
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Geotechnical Experience
  • Required ATTI Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous experience in aggregate, asphalt, and/or concrete related lab and field testing
  • Job related certifications
