Job Description
Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager, where you'll drive sales growth by collaborating with internal and external partners. You'll manage marketing initiatives, support contract onboarding, and train sales teams, all while working in an inclusive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral
Manage vendor portals and update content
Partner with marketing channels for awareness
Provide contract support and new member onboarding
Train sales teams on buying group awareness
Support conference setup and participation
Audit Quill landing pages for accuracy
Work with pricing team for collateral updates
Assist with buying group sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate with teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Marketing experience
Strong sales process and methodology
