Key Responsibilities
Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations
Maintain oversight of station operations in the absence of the Station Manager
Provide work direction and coaching to staff
Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines
Support cash handling and accountability processes
Perform duties of Customer Service Representative as needed
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment
Cash handling and customer service experience
Demonstrated experience operating a cash register and computer console
Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety requirements
Ability to work various hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum 21 years of age
