Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food in a high-volume environment
Ensure quality and presentation of dishes
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Passion for Culinary and delighting Guests with food
Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with focus on high volume production
Culinary education degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of culinary experience
Proficient knife skills
Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
Ability to read and understand recipes
Organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to production requirements in a fast-paced environment
Speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational School training or High School certification
Culinary Education Degree, Certification from CIA, or equivalent
Basic wine knowledge
