Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal and external customers
Troubleshoot and respond to Help Desk requests
Set up and maintain hardware and software
Educate end-users on resolving hardware and software problems
Monitor stock levels of hardware and submit requests for equipment
Provide on-site technical support for video conference software and hardware
Evaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications
Maintain a working inventory of most used items for desktop support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in an IT field
~6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products
Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift hours or overnight
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree
6+ months of experience in a desktop support environment
