Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Licensed as Occupational Therapist in state of practice
Appropriate education level according to state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications
Certification through the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Valid driver's license
Temporary license for new graduates in testing process
