StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $3136.31 - $3456.35
-Works collaboratively with MD to coordinate and screen for the appropriateness of admissions and continued stays. -Recommends to MD for alternate levels of care when a patient does not meet the medical necessity for inpatient hospitalization. Interacts with family, patient, and other disciplines to coordinate safe and acceptable discharge plans. -Indirect caregiver, patient advocate. Able to work with the team collaboratively and can multitask.
