Key Responsibilities
Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists
Help patients with exercises and activities aimed at improving their functional abilities
Document patients’ responses to therapy and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Support Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress
Required Qualifications
Current valid state OTA licensure or certification
Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
Preferred Qualifications
Current valid CPR certification
0-1 years of experience
