Review medications, allergies, and falls risk and document in Epic. Place IVs, access ports and PICCs. Mix medications according to pharmacy instructions in MAR. Infuse according to pharmacy instructions in MAR. Monitor patients throughout treatment. Provide education to new patients and at discharge. Enter infusion charges.

 

Must have two years of Infusion RN experience

ACLS, BLS required
