Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in understanding their coverage and selecting products
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services
Required Qualifications
Aptitude and self-discipline to learn and pass state licensing exam
High speed internet (>25 mbps download, 10 mbps upload)
Minimum six months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
Strong customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer navigation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the sales & marketing industry
Ability to speak multiple languages
