Key Responsibilities
Apply principles of one-on-one ABA therapy
Support the development of children through therapeutic activities
Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment and safety
Engage with children through play and activities
Communicate effectively with peers and families
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Complete RBT certification process within 20 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in childcare, mental health, or education
Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
