Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Organizational Development systems and processes
Provide transactional and non-transactional process support
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
Design and manage reports to support decision-making
Evaluate and enhance OD processes and tools
Develop relationships with internal customers to understand needs
Collaborate with vendors for learning offerings
Conduct testing of new system configurations and features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
