Key Responsibilities
Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with participants
Assist with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Initiate community involvement for participants
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
