Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Garfield Heights, OH 44125 (Cleveland area)
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit (4 East/West)
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: September 5, 2025
• End Date: December 5, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shifts: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Alternative Schedules: Flexible options for 4x12s or 2x12s available
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 – $1,910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license required at submission
• Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
• One recent supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry (manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Ability to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting and badging onsite prior to start

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to adults on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training, including required assessments
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
