Job Description
Join Rushford as a Clinician, where you'll provide essential clinical services in addiction and mental health care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and support the community with compassionate, evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and establish care plans
Provide direct patient care including case management and counseling
Document patient information in accordance with regulatory requirements
Participate in administrative activities and team meetings
Support the development of clinical programming
Contribute to improved patient experience
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related human service field
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC
Valid Driver's License
Computer proficient
Ability to assess problems and make timely decisions
Excellent communication skills
Focus on personal and patient/client safety
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with health-related social needs and cultural competence
Understanding of health disparities and inequalities
Ability to develop and maintain cultural competence
