Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and assessments for lactating patients
Provide education and training to patients
Consult with staff and medical staff regarding breastfeeding compatibility with medications
Manage billing for outpatient visits
Required Qualifications
Current state RN license
Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
CLC required upon hire
IBCLC required within six (6) months
NRP within six (6) months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
BSN Preferred
Two (2) to Three (3) years' experience in Women's and Children's Specialty
