Job Description
Join One Medical as a Team Lead to support and motivate a practice team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee daily operations, lead your team through change, and ensure a smooth, efficient practice environment while contributing to the transformation of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational readiness of the practice
Provide team support and leadership through training, coaching, and mentoring
Drive performance improvement through active daily management
Perform inventory management
Support the financial health of the practice
Monitor and own Net Promoter Score (NPS) responses
Support quality health outcomes and regulatory compliance
Assist with clinical duties such as venipuncture and patient interactions
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role in high touch customer service or patient facing healthcare
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to foster strong, collaborative team dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
Proven track record of leading successful change management and process improvement efforts
Experience in healthcare with an understanding of billing and insurance
