Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you'll make a significant impact on the lives of New Yorkers by providing essential client care and community resources. Key Responsibilities
Conduct community contacts on behalf of social worker
Locate and utilize community resources for clients
Evaluate living conditions of clients through home visits
Provide case management and individualized treatment programs
Perform individual/group counseling based on client needs
Conduct community outreach and establish linkages with other organizations
Document necessary notes and progress reports
Required Qualifications
BA Degree in relevant field
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian-Creole
