Key Responsibilities
Diagnosis and repair of vehicles
Accurately perform all repairs and maintenance
Communicate clearly and professionally with group leader and advisor
Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
Travel may be involved utilizing company vehicles
Create a fun atmosphere for the department
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year experience as an automotive technician
Focus on Ford commercial vehicles and/or heavy-duty trucks
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
ASE Certifications preferred
Self-motivated
Ability to operate with minimum supervision
Familiarity with dealership atmosphere or quick learner
Reliable and punctual
Detail oriented
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
