Key Responsibilities
Monitor FSQA programs including HACCP, sanitation, pest control, and product quality assurance
Assist in employee training of FSQA programs
Help implement independent FSQA audit program
Conduct product evaluations and assist in communication with suppliers/customers
Interact with various personnel including operations, sales, and maintenance
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in meat and/or seafood industry
Formal job training in TQM principles, SPC, HACCP concepts, CFIA/FDA regulations
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
Ability to define problems and collect data
Proficient in using personal computers and lab equipment
