Key Responsibilities
Directs production, packaging, and bakery on production lines
Supervises, trains, and develops subordinates
Responsible for interviewing and hiring qualified employees
Manages employee performance and conducts performance appraisals
Responsible for safety, housekeeping, and policy administration
Adjusts daily work schedule to meet production requirements
Works closely with USDA representative for food safety compliance
Reviews and signs off on Quality Assurance and HACCP documentation
Checks product quality and assures performance and attainment
Participates in Global Manufacturing Food Safety Initiative programs
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
4-5 years related work experience in food industry manufacturing
Minimum of 2 years in supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
SAP experience
Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and BRC regulations
Advanced knowledge of bakery/dough processes
