Job Description
Join Sevita as a Direct Support Professional and make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll provide meaningful support in their daily activities, fostering growth and independence while being part of a compassionate and mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Assist people with personal hygiene
Help participants engage in community activities
Provide support for individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license for at least one year
Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
