Job Description
Join New Directions Mental Health as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) and provide culturally sensitive outpatient therapy to clients and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance mental health care and make a significant impact in your community.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health
Preferred Qualifications
