Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism
Manage a caseload of 8-10 clients per Behavior Assistant
Collaborate with peers and contribute to program development
Supervise and mentor future BCBAs
Required Qualifications
Masters degree
BCBA certification (or certification in progress)
Fluent in Spanish and English
