Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of documentation and billing
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience in working with children and families
Ability to provide play therapy or experience using treatment approaches for children
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Commitment to providing high-quality care
Dedication to ongoing professional development
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
